Getting started
What this is and how to move around it.

What is fominal?
A trading terminal and a launchpad on one board. It carries a curated list of real coins across Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, prices them live, and puts a chart, a flow table and an audit panel behind each one.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. The whole board, every coin page, every chart and the leaderboard are open. An account is only needed to launch, trade or reply.
How do I find a coin?
The search field in the top bar matches ticker, name and the start of a contract address, and results appear as you type. The board itself has view tabs and filters.
What do the three columns mean?
Newest listings is the youngest first pool. Heating up is the most turnover against a coin's own size over the last day. Established is everything else by market cap.
The terminal
Charts, timeframes and everything you can do to them.
6 answers
Which timeframes are available?
One minute, five minutes, fifteen minutes, one hour, four hours and one day. Each is a separate request for real candles, not one series resampled. Sub-minute candles need a streaming feed rather than a REST aggregate, so the pad stops at one minute rather than inventing finer bars.
How do I zoom?
Scroll over the chart, or use the plus and minus buttons, or press + and −. Shift-drag boxes a range. Ctrl or ⌘ with scroll zooms the price scale instead, and dragging the right-hand axis does the same. Home resets everything, as does a double-click.
How do I pan?
Drag the chart, press the left and right arrow keys, or drag the time axis along the bottom to stretch or compress time.
What is in the right-click menu?
Copy the value under the cursor, copy the contract, lock the vertical cursor to a candle, reset zoom, toggle log scale, hide the volume bars, hide the reference lines, and open settings. Everything in it does something.
Market cap or price?
Both. The toggle in the toolbar multiplies the series by the circulating supply the market is pricing, so the axis reads in market cap. A second toggle denominates in SOL instead of dollars.
Why is the ATH line missing sometimes?
It is drawn only when the all-time high of the loaded window is inside the visible price range. Zoom out and it reappears.
The numbers
Where each figure comes from and which are real.

Where does the market data come from?
Solana rows come from Jupiter's public API, which also supplies holder counts, top-ten concentration, mint and freeze authority and an organic score. Rows on the other chains come from DexScreener. Candles come from GeckoTerminal. The badge at the top of the board says whether the feeds answered.
What is the organic score?
Jupiter's estimate, from 0 to 100, of how much of a coin's volume is genuine rather than wash traded. A coin doing millions against itself is not doing millions, and the board lets you filter on it.
Why do some coins show fewer facts?
Holder counts, concentration and authority status are published for Solana and not for the other chains. Those rows say the check was not run. That is not the same as the check passing, and the pad refuses to let it read that way.
What is simulated?
The account, the balance, the holdings, the orders, and the line about how many people you follow hold a coin. Every screen that shows one of those says so on the screen.
Why is there no holder table or trade log?
Neither feed publishes individual fills or per-wallet positions for free. Inventing forty plausible wallet addresses under a real contract would be the one thing on the pad anybody could disprove in ten seconds, so it shows the aggregates it actually has.
Trading
The buy panel, fees and price impact.

How do the P1, P2 and P3 presets work?
Each is a profile with its own amount grid, slippage, priority fee and tip. Keep a small sniper preset and a larger conviction preset and switch between them without reopening settings.
How is price impact calculated?
Against the pool's real liquidity. On a constant-product AMM your slippage is roughly your order over the depth on the other side, which is why the same trade quotes completely differently into a $2M pool and a $200k one.
Why is the buy button refusing my order?
Either the balance does not cover the order plus the network fees, or the price impact exceeds the slippage your profile allows. The second one is the trade that would revert on chain.
Do orders actually execute?
No. Nothing is routed anywhere. This is a prototype and every screen says so.
Launching
Minting a coin and getting it onto the board.

What happens when I launch?
One billion supply mints to a bonding curve with the mint and freeze authorities revoked on the same transaction, and it is tradeable immediately.
Why is my coin not on the pulse?
The board only carries listed coins, and a fresh mint is not one. Listing follows real depth and a real holder base — the same bar every coin already on the board cleared.
Why does launching need an account?
An open pad is a bot pad. When anyone can mint, a dozen scripts fill the board and every real launch drowns within a minute. An account does not make anyone honest; it makes them traceable, which is the most a launchpad can honestly offer.
What does my first buy do to my coin?
It lands at the very start of the curve, so it buys a larger share than the same amount would an hour later. The launch screen prices that as you move the slider, because every row on the board prints what the dev holds.
Account and profile
Signing in, your profile and following people.

How do I sign in?
The sign-in screen sets a session cookie. There is no real authentication behind it yet and the screen says so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
Can I connect an existing fomo account?
Not today. fomo publishes no public sign-in for other applications to use, so there is nothing to connect to. If they open one, it is a single function in the codebase that changes.
Can I connect a wallet?
No. The pad does not ask for a key or a seed phrase and could not hold funds if you offered them.
What does following someone do?
It is the basis of the line on every row that says how many of the people you follow are holding. The social graph behind it is simulated for now.
