A read-only view of public market data, plus an interface for trading and launching that is not wired to any chain. Buttons that look like they would place an order do not place one.

It is not an exchange, a broker, a dealer, a wallet or a custodian. It does not hold your assets, because it cannot hold anything.

Prices, market caps, liquidity, holder counts, trade counts and candles come from Jupiter, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal. We pass them through and label where each figure came from. We do not verify them and cannot promise they are accurate, current or complete.

Some figures on the pad are explicitly simulated — the account, the balance, the holdings and the “people you follow” line. Every screen that shows one says so. Do not trade on anything you read here.

Nothing on fominal is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not registered with or licensed by any authority, and we are not assessing whether anything shown is suitable for you. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Most of the coins on this board will.

It means one thing: the coin is on our list, and the list is published in the repository. Being on it is not an endorsement, a safety rating or a prediction.

Where a chain publishes the underlying checks, the pad shows them and names them. Where it does not, the pad says the check was not run — which is not the same as passed, and should not be read as one.

Reasonable things to not do:

• Scrape it at a rate that costs the upstream providers money on our behalf.
• Present it as your own product, or as anyone's product other than ours.
• Use it where doing so breaks the law where you are.
• Attack it, or attempt to reach parts of it that are not published.

Coin logos and names belong to their projects and are shown to identify the coins, the way every exchange interface does. The fominal name and logotype are ours. Where the pad shows data or a leaderboard sourced from another service, it names that service on the page.

It may be slow, wrong, or gone without notice. When an upstream feed does not answer, the board renders a frozen snapshot and the badge says snapshot rather than live — but there is no uptime commitment of any kind.

fominal is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it, from data being wrong, or from anything you do after reading it.

These terms change when the product changes. The date at the top moves with them.

Before fominal takes custody of anything, executes a real order or opens accounts, these terms and the privacy notice need to be written by a lawyer for the jurisdictions it operates in. What is on this page is an honest description of a prototype, not a substitute for that.
